La palazzina è di due piani e il nostro appartamento è sito al secondo piano, con una scala interna si accede alla splendida terrazza panoramica esclusiva.

La metratura dell'appartamento è di circa 100 mq così composti:

N.B. L'appartamento è completamente arredato e completo di elettrodomestici. Non viene fornita la biancheria da bagno e da camera. Non viene previsto nessun addebito per le utenze.

Parghelia's apartments are located in the town center, and are only 15 minutes walk from the sea and 2 km from the beautiful Tropea. The building has two floors and our apartment is located on the second floor, with an internal staircase leads to the splendid exclusive panoramic terrace. The size of the apartment is about 100 square meters as follows: 1 double bedroom 1 bedroom with two single beds 1 kitchen diner 1 bathroom

N.B. The apartment is fully furnished and complete with appliances. Bathroom and bedroom linen is not provided. There is no charge for utilities. 

Die Apartments des Parghelia befinden sich im Stadtzentrum, nur 15 Gehminuten vom Meer und 2 km vom schönen Tropea entfernt. Das Gebäude hat zwei Etagen und unser Apartment befindet sich im zweiten Stock. Eine interne Treppe führt zur herrlichen exklusiven Panoramaterrasse. Die Größe der Wohnung beträgt ungefähr 100 Quadratmeter wie folgt: 1 Doppelschlafzimmer 1 Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten 1 Wohnküche 1 Badezimmer 

N. B. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und komplett ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nicht bereitgestellt. Dienstprogramme sind kostenlos.
